1. Who We Are

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use AI Scenario. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate any account we reasonably believe belongs to a minor.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may not share, sell, or transfer your account. We may suspend or delete accounts that we believe are being used by more than one person or have been compromised.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

AI Scenario offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

• All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel at any time via the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
• One-time trial purchases are non-refundable once AI generation credits have been used.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to your registered email address.

If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will investigate.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AI Scenario to:

• Generate, store, or share any content depicting minors in a sexual context (strictly prohibited and reported to relevant authorities).
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account or system.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or systematically extract data from the platform.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Circumvent token limits, rate limits, or other technical controls.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

6. Content

Your content: You retain ownership of scenarios, characters, and other content you create. By posting public content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, store, and distribute that content as part of operating the platform.

AI-generated content: Responses generated by AI models are provided for entertainment purposes only. We make no representations as to their accuracy, legality, or appropriateness. You are responsible for how you use AI-generated output.

Content moderation: We may remove content that violates these Terms or that we consider harmful, without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The AI Scenario name, logo, interface, and underlying software are owned by or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you beyond the limited licence to use the service.

8. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep AI Scenario available around the clock but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where possible.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

AI Scenario is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or offensive — use it at your own discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Scenario shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or at our sole discretion. Upon termination your right to use the service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction in which we operate.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of AI Scenario after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
