Account information: Username, email address, and a securely hashed password (we never store your plain-text password).

Profile information: Optional avatar image, bio, and any profile sections you create.

Content you create: Scenarios, characters, personas, chat history, and any images you upload to the platform.

Payment information: We do not store your card details. Payments are handled by Stripe under their own privacy policy. We receive only a customer ID and subscription status.

Usage data: Message and image generation counts (for rate-limiting) and general usage patterns.

Communications: If you contact us by email, we retain that correspondence.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Providing the service: Authenticating you, serving your content, processing AI chat requests.
• Billing and subscriptions: Managing your subscription, sending receipts and billing notifications.
• Safety and moderation: Detecting and removing content that violates our Terms of Service.
• Service improvement: Aggregate, anonymised analysis of how features are used.
• Legal obligations: Complying with applicable law, including reporting illegal content.

4. Sharing Your Personal Information

We may share your personal information in the following situations:

• With Service Providers: We may share your personal information with service providers to monitor and analyse the use of our service, to process payments, and to contact you.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

Chat history is retained to provide the service. You may delete individual chats at any time from within the platform.

7. Cookies and Local Storage

AI Scenario uses cookies solely to keep you logged in. These are HttpOnly, Secure session cookies — they cannot be read by JavaScript and are never accessible to third parties. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies of any kind.

Non-sensitive preferences (such as UI settings and active persona) are stored in your browser's localStorage on your device and are not transmitted to our servers except as part of normal account sync.

8. Security

Passwords are hashed using industry-standard cryptographic methods — we cannot recover your plain-text password. All data in transit is encrypted via TLS. We take reasonable precautions to protect your data, though no system is completely immune to security risks.

9. Children

AI Scenario is strictly for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has registered, please contact us immediately and we will delete the account.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via a notice on the platform. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision.
